Help on Search

Basic Search/Home Page:
Select Dates:
Select your arrival date (or check in date) and departure date (or check out date) by click in on the Calendar icon

Select City:
Select a city from the city drop down list. Once you have selected the city you wish to book, you can also select a specific zone.

Room Type:
Step 1: Select the room type that you are looking for. More information on hotel room types is provided here.
Step 2: Select number of rooms required for that room type, this will help us in narrowing the search results.

Advanced Search:
More Selection:
The Advanced search allows you to narrow your search even further by adding more selection criteria.
You can now search by Hotel Name, Hotel Chain, Nearest Tube or Metro Station, Hotel Quality and Star Rating.

Room Facilities & Amenities:
The Advanced search also allows you to search for a hotel with a specific facility/amenity. Just tick the box for the facility or amenity you want and the results will bring back only hotels which have those facilities and/or amenities.

Main Results Page:
Once a search is made a list of results will appear: All the rooms and hotels you see listed are available to book immediately (availability has already been checked).

The price shown next to each room is the discounted total you would pay if you book the hotel. All prices are including taxes and there are no hidden charges! You can also see a daily rates breakdown for each room by pressing the "Show Details" button.

Once you find the hotel you want to book just reconfirm the number of rooms you requirenext to the desired room type and press "Book this Hotel".

From the results page you can also click on each hotel's name to view more detailed information.

Hotel Information Page:
This page will display detailed information on the hotel selected, as well all prices and all room types available in this hotel.

As in the main results list, the price shown next to each room is the discounted total you would pay if you book the hotel. All prices are including taxes and there are no hidden charges! You can also see a daily rates breakdown for each room by pressing the "Show Details" button.

To book just reconfirm the number of rooms you requirenext to the desired room type and press "Book this Hotel".

Existing Customers:
Existing customers should click the "Sign In" button and enter their email address and password, given when you first registered. If you have lost your password please enter your email and click "Forgot Password" to have the password resent to you.

New Customers:
If you never booked with us before than complete the form on this page to book and automatically register.

Before you go to the next stage please make sure that the booking summary at the top of the page matches the hotel and dates you have selected.

Card Details:
In Order to confirm your reservation we will require your full credit card details. Your card will not be charged and is held as a guarantee only, full payment id due to the hotel directly, usually upon check-in. Your card would only be charged in the event of a cancellation or non-arrival, see our Cancellation Policy for more details.

Guest Details:
Please enter one name per room in this section: this should be the name of the occupant of the room (in case of rooms for more than one person, please enter one name only). If more than one room is booked, please make sure you enter a different name for each room type.

Additional information:
At this point you may enter any additional requests/details you may have (non-smoking room, late arrival etc.). Please note that any requests or comments made in this section are on a request basis only and are not guaranteed. Furthermore please note that no extra dates or persons (adults or children) can be confirmed in this section.

Before yo confirm you must tick the box provided to confirm that you have read and agreed to out Terms and Conditions. To confirm your booking please press the "Confirm" button once only (multiple presses may result in multiple reservation).
