Travelodge, the first budget hotel brand in the United Kingdom, has announced a £60 million expansion project in the lieu of approaching 2012 Olympics Games. With this news, job seekers looking for openings in hospitality sector will get great benefits.

As per the project plan, Travelodge will soon establish 10 new properties all over the country, among which three are located in the capital city London. With this expansion, it will become the biggest hotel brand in London by 2012 Olympics. These new London hotels will be positioned in Bethnal Green, Bank and Ealing areas of the city. Being launched in 1985, Travelodge currently operates more than 350 hotels in Ireland, Spain and UK.

There are 15 existing Travelodge hotels in London that cater the accommodation needs of budget or economy class travelers of all over the world. Some of the notable names are London Tower Bridge, London Southwark, London Docklands, London Kings Cross and London Fulham.
