World renowned Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and The Fat Duck Group have joined hands to establish a restaurant with Chef Heston Blumenthal. It will be the first London restaurant with the Chef and is set to be opened at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in autumn 2010.

Chef Heston Blumenthal is one of the international chefs who is known for his unique cooking ideas. This new eating outlet is the first one to be opened outside the village of Bray. The restaurant’s menu is heavily influenced by the tantalizing flavors of Britain. With a seating capacity of around 140 guests, the restaurant will serve lunch, dinner and afternoon tea.
