We have been going to the Westbury for over 35 years, we spent the first night of our honeymoon there! The level of service is excellent and all members of staff have clearly been schooled in customer relations and it is now better than it ever has been, not that it was ever bad. It has a brilliant location and we hope to go again for the next 35 years!! Our only adverse comment would be the cost of snack meals in the Polo Bar. With the addition of twelve and half per cent service the total bills are always more than we expect.

We stayed the last weekend before christmas value for money definately. Drinks and room service pricey but happy to pay with amount of money saved on the booking.

Hotel staff at reception, doorman, concierge etc extremely obliging with assistance in booking restaurants etc. Stayed a few times always same excellent standard

we got to the hotel at tea time and were told our room was not ready but they upgraded us to the terrace at no extra cost which was fantastic we are coming on new years eve and cannot wait the man on the door was fantastic but he cannot park vw passats so we had pride of plase out side the door everyone was very cheerful

Having used 5 star hotels throughout the world,I have to say that the hotel did not live up to its five star billing. The rooms and corridors are very tired and need of investment. I would say that rooms are small for 5 star and the general level of service in the hotel is no greater than 3 star. The prices in bars, restaurants etc are well above average and everything has a charge, including the so called "hospitality tray" in the bedroom. I personnaly would not use the hotel again or recommend the hotel to anyone looking for 5 star service or standard As this was our wedding anniversary, I was even more disappointed and wished I chosen somewhere else to stay!!

The Hotel team was wonderful, the location is great, but I found the beds to be very hard and didnt have a great sleep.

Problems with the plumbing - moved rooms and problems again. The impressive part was how he dealt with the problems. Despite the nuisance this time we would stay again.

Hotel in very good condition in the public areas. However I found the room description ( Superior King Size) a vast exaggeration. The room was small although it did have a King Size Bed. The dรฉcor was not only dated but also in need of repair. I had lights not working, broken draws in the chest of draws and a flexible mirror in the bathroom that only faced downwards. As I was only staying for one night and was on my own I did not feel it was necessary to complain to the front desk, should you pass this review on to the hotel and they bother to check room 635 they will see that my comments are not over exaggerated. As for paying ยฃ175 for the privilege of staying in that Hotel for one night I will defiantly think twice before booking again.

most hotels in your class have free internet service form the business lounge but your prices are on the borderline greed. Just for that i will stay at the Radisson next door who by the way offer free business center

Good hotel, Excellent location Service was good and friendly. Air conditioning in the room was a bonus and made the stay more comfortable. Prices of food was a little expensive.

Superior room most comfortable The Westbury Mayfair is an excellent hotel. Great location. Superior room most comfortable. Superb continental breakfast, including smoked salmon. Website quick and easy to use. Will definitely be using this service again
