Not bad overall, but paying for wireless internet now seems stingy to me. Breakfast included which was good for the price, room very compact but clean and tidy. Noisy air-con though!

after only a one night stay i would definately stay again and would recommend this hotel.bottles of mineral water in the room was a nice touch.bathroom clean but could do with modernising.

Arriving late on Sunday night, I was dealt with very quickly. The room I was allocated was very hot and typically small, as most London hotels are. It had air-conditioning which was very quiet, however there was a buzzing noise right beside the headboard and door - not the best place to put the headboard either, against the corridor wall opposite the lifts. On tracking the buzzing (too noisy to sleep with) I found it was coming through the ceiling in the corridor and varied depending of the weight & angle on the door frame. I was unable to silence it and headed for reception. They happily moved me to another room on another floor. Again hot and small, but after switching on the cooler and heading to reception for a while to meet my colleague and have dinner, the room was fine. Good breakfast. Everything else was standard for a London hotel, i.e. poor versus the rest of the country. Please feel free top contact me if you want to discuss anything. Robin

I would definately recommend this hotel. The location is ideal for touring London. Rooms very very comfortable and very clean (even get underloor heating in bathroom). Food was excellent, plenty to choose from all on a buffet system and all very hot. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Couldnt fault it. Would definately return and recommend.

The hotel itself is good value, good location and good service. However, the restaurant (Deans)was not so good. Clean and with a good menu but I had to ask for a menu and was then told that i would have to wait for at least 30 minutes for my food. I left and went to Pizza Hut, a few doors away

How disappointed I was to have luke warm water for a bath in the evening and then no hot water whatsoever in the morning for my shower. When I told reception in the morning they said that I was the second person to report this - like that was meant to make me feel beter!!!! No apology, no discussion around a reduced rate, no nothing! I wont be going there again.

Good location. Room was quite small, and everything creaked, from floorboards to the bed! Staff were very pleasant and helpful, and it was very clean, if a little dated.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 weeks, in the beginning for 80 pounds a night at the end for 130 pound a night for a way smaller room. In the end there was a new manager, very unfriendly, checkout took 45 minutes, the rooms got way smaller and the last night I came in the hotel and 2 people of staff asked me if i stayed in the hotel and if they could see my room key. price gone way up in the weeks and service gone way down, after waiting for 45 minutes to pay nobody even bordered to say sorry or goodbye.

We stayed here for a weekend and thought it was excellent value for money. Easy walking distance to covent garden, basic but clean rooms, good breakfast and served until 12 and they held our bags for us after we had checked out. Only down side is that the shower was very cramped and it would have been a nightmare if either one of us was very tall or wide.

room good, a bit too warm though. Ran out of plates and glasses at breakfast, they couldnt cope with lots of guests turning up all at once. Breakfast good though. overall a good hotel.

Good central location, overpriced for standard of room given, no maid service till 5pm and restaurant staff not very good during breakfast, have stayed in better for half the money, rooms very basic and in need of updating but warm and clean.

Really, one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Very poor quality of rooms - dirty sheets and towels, very uncomfortable bathroom and amost not sanitary conditions in teh dining area. On the top of that - extremely expensive.

Ther was no room at this hotel eventhough I had a confirmation number and they were fully booked I had to find another hotel (took me 2 hours) and it was more expensive.

Reception on arrival was very poor, arrived at 2;30 and was told they were not sure if they had a room for us and could we come back in an hour.Rooms were found for us as we changed from a triple room to two twins, but only after we had suggested this. However would stay there again as location is great and price good.

Dear Sir/Madam we have stayed at this hotel twice, but this time i was disapointed, i had money stolen from my bag which i am going to report it to the hotel, and also on the saturday evening the toilet did not flush i did report it but nobody came to look at it. It does have a good breakfast and the location of the hotel is good.

The hotel got nothing very well, the people who work there are not friendly, they do not have anything special but the location is good. so if you want a bed to sleep in (cheap bed) and you can sleep trough the traffic sounds it is an ok hotel to see London city.
