room was very small but the location for earls court was fantastic.

That rare find, a hotel that lives up to expectations and none of that well it didnt look like THIS in the photos! Highly recommended and would certainly stay there again.

Having been assured that the bar was available late evening i found it closed.when my bedside light failed,it could not be replaced.in the morning the shower didnt run for 10 mins at 8.10 am.this was poor for a four star hotel.

Really nice hotel & perfectly located for Earls Court. Lovely rooms, only down side was the parking, as this is not offered when booking through City Discount & we had to park on a meter. As this was a 4 star hotel I would have expected a mini bar also, but apart from that I would definately recommend it.

We stayed in the Pasha Suite which was not all that large for a suite but very well decorated. The room had a stereo, Widescreen TV, video, & DVD Player. Bathroom has bath & seperate shower cuibicle, and surfaces are in marble.

Lovely hotel in nice area outside of central london. Easy access to subway station. Very friendly and helpful staff, with a nice continental breakfast provided. Only slight downside was being in a basement room, meant there was a lot of noise from the staff who needed to work there and clean rooms etc. But earplugs did the trick! Oh - and the bathroom light/fan was meant to be on a movement sensor and turn off - that didnt work - but all in all - a lovely hotel, very clean and a great stay.
