Hiya, yep, the hotel was good. More importantly, Joanna from Discount City hotels, through whom we made the large group booking was fantastic and realy enabled us to have the flexibility which our requirements demanded. i

The room was clean and comfortable. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I would defiantly use this hotel again when staying in central London

We stayed in a standard double room which was sufficient for our 1 night stay. Yes it was small but it was modern, clean and very comfortable beds. The room was also very quiet. The reason for booking this hotel was excellent

I stayed at the Strand Palace Hotel on Sat/Sun 20/21 January, in Room 298. On the Saturday evening, c.6 pm, I ran a bath. The hot water was lukewarm at best. Similarly, on Sunday morning, the water was far from hot. Not good enough! I trust that this gets back to the hotel.

excellent service [reception] on arrival, fair size room with bright, clean bathroom, most comfy bed ive ever slept in, excellent location [covent garden/ strand], booked online which took no time at all - totally hassle free, all for 130 quid for two nights. bloody good for the money!

Excellent location, pity the restaurant closed at 10pm. We found the location perfect and the room we had was very quiet, clean,aired yet warm.Glad to see again the friendly Staff on duty at breakfast. Three lifts are reliable. Soft drinks vending machin

Probably the smallest Business Room I have ever stayed in, including trips to Japan! However, clean and resonably comfortable for one night.

OK fo a cheap one night stay. £20 extra for club class. but I doubt if this is value for money. The room seemed very stuffy, even with open window and outside temp not particularly high. A fan would help. Location v convenient for my purposes.

A reasonable hotel, well positioned and serviced, but unfortunately one that just cant handle the heat! Business rooms are comfortable, but need A/C

we enjoyed our stay with you great for the theatre and covent garden area, no air conditioning made for a very hot night, but weather unusually hot for this summer! You had a fan in the room which did help a bit.

Great room, but had to work hard to get it In the end, great value for money. Bookeda club double, and initially given a room where you couldnt even walk both sides of the bed. 2nd room slightly better but in the roof and felt like an oven. Finally,
