For a double room there was only a hand towel & one large towel for one person its just adequate but if two stayed in the double room it would have been totally inadequate.

A good location...nice hotel......room a bit small....overall value for money BUT..........three times ive satyed thre with check out at 12noon so why do the cleaning satff wake me up at 9am with a knock on the door...totally unacceptable..if they do it gain i wont be so polite and they get an unpolite f888 off

Have stayed here quite a lot, however, am becoming increasingly disgruntled - I would no longer recommend this hotel and doubt Ill stay there in the future. I was put in a room with no heating and some kind of constant noise that sounded like the movements of a lift shaft (the room wasnt beside the lifts) and, the hairdryer was sticky and became very hot. Theres no wifi internet in the rooms and dial-up connecting from the rooms it very, very expensive (I got a shock £87 bill!!) so its not ideal for the business traveller and rooms are pretty small. Ive stayed at nicer, better, cheaper hotels.

Our room was very good right temp not noisy (it was on the 7th floor). Our friends on floor six said their room was too hot and noisy with open windows. (Why do they collect rubbish at 4am!!)

This is the third time ive satyed here and overaqll its good but on two occassions i have been woken up by cleaners knocking on my door at 8.40am when the check out time is ten.not acceptable

Location is very close to oxford st & 2 nearby tube stations make it easy to get around. Hotel is good but not ace. The breakfast is average. Overall - for the money - it was ok.

I was only there for a night, but staying longer would have meant very little storage space and little room to move around. Carpet shabby and slightly dirty. When the safe or fan didnt work the various people came almost immediately to sort them out. Breakfast a bun fight though,atmosphere like a busy McDonalds, yet reasonable choice. Work going outside meant noise in the room.

My single room was not much bigger than a shoe box and the breakfast was a bun fight, however the location saves this hotel.

The only negative comment would be we paid for superior rooms, and we didnt feel them to be any different to a standard room. It was our anniversary and wanted something a bit more special than a standard. But apart from that felt the hotel was excellent.

It was a lovely hotel with a great restaurant and leisure facilities. We were disappointed that the room was so small/cramped and that there was no air conditioning.
