very basic and small accomodation - particularly the bathroom! Bed was clean. No frills.

An ideal hotel for a short stay in London.The rooms were clean and basic.It would have been nice if the breakfast staff had been a bit more friendly!

A couple of very basic issues but irritating 1) No handtowels 2) No shower mat 3) Extractor fan did not operate in bathroom 4) No drinking glasses

Over the last few weeks ivebeen popping in and out of london and often stay in victoria. This was the best of the bunch and for the money i cant coplain at all. Staff were freindy and the rooms were clean. Thats all i needed and thats what i got so im very happy, especially considering the price

Room tiny, clean sheets but dirty curtains, window doesnt close properly. Breakfast disgusting, continental??? Whatever. Requested and payed en-suite bathroom given a room with a bathroom one floor bellow. Staff unfriendly and rude. Good location but I would not recommended this hotel.

There were some kind people in the service, but one woman of the staff came to my room (where I was sleeping with my wife and child) at midnight asking for payment in advance... Awful. The dining room is too small, the rooms are poorly conserved, the walls and floors are dirty, and so on. Only the location is good.

Good location, but small room and extra small bathroom. OK: towels changed every day, bus stop very near, good mattress, quiet environment KO: poor breakfast, too old blanket

The room is very small, the batroom is too small. OK, the towels changed every day. KO, the bedspread a little dirty and the blanket tiger coloured.

I booked the hotel in advance, but they provided me a room in another one. The room was dirty and full of insects. It was the most terrible night in my life!

although an ensuite room was requested the bathroom and toilet facilities were down a flight of stairs and the shower and toilet were broken. The english breakfast was a cold boiled egg although there was also cereal,toast and coffe available. Next time i would only book from a known hotel chain where i could be sure of the standard of ensuite facilities. I was also charged extra for paying by credit card.

Very nice small hotel. VERY small rooms, but clean!!! We had problems having our towls changed and had to ask for it twice. But very good for the money. Good breakfast!

RECENTLY I WAS IN LONDON AND I MADE THE WORST MISTAKE OF MY WHOLE LIFE.I HAVE STAYED AT ROMANOS HOTEL.THE BATHROOM AND THE SHOWER IS DESIGNED FOR DAWRFS.THEY DONT CHANGE THE SHEETS.OUTSIDE AND INSIDE THE HOTEL IS VERY VERY DIRTY.

Situated within 5-10mins walk of Victoria bus/rail & underground stations is ideal for everyone. Local attractions are only a bus or train ride away,including local bus tours, (The Big Bus Company is well worth ยฃ20 for a 24hr bus ticket for all the sights & more) all this right on your door step and considering the deal you get booking online, bargain eveytime. Shame there was no cooked breakfast but you can bring in your own food and they will prepare it for you, if you ask that is. Great value, location and staff.

top floor room with no lifts or help with luggage additional cost for holding luggage not quoted at time of booking also wanted extra money if not paid in cash for room room itself was adequate but with only one pillow not best nights sleep. Also dining facilities were too small for hotel and had poor dining facilities

Watch out for this hotel We used the hotel on a layover and were very unhappy with our stay. The carpet was sticky and we booked a triple ensuite but were stuck in a double with a tiny foam mattress put on the floor for our son. I would not recommend

Good value hotel - great location Easy transportation by bus or underground. Breakfast was a good start to the day. Be prepared to pay 10 pounds extra if you pay your hotel bill by credit card.
