This hotel is good value and well located. Dont expect 5 star accomodation or any frills but the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you want a place to sleep while you sightsee this is the place to go.

VERY GOOD HOTEL AND VERY GOOD LOCATION. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, gave a very warm welcome and took good care of us and we felt very homely.

Astonishing... ... to find a good equipted (for selfcatering) and well located appartment (1 bedroom, 1 livingromm/kitchen, 1 bathroom)in London. Grocerys, Foodstores and an Internetcaffe (in the cellar of a little shop ;-) )are in walkdistance. The house

I would like to suggest few things one of them is to provide adaptors free of charge and not to sell them because people come from all sorts of countries and you dont expect them to carry adaptors or buy them for just 4-5 days. I just felt the people sitting in the reception should be more aware of places to see around and London in general. Rest all was good the location is excellent cant be anything better.

Convenient location and friendly staff. A very good budget hotel. The room was not at all fancy, but reasonably clean and spacious. The hotel has free internet, is a short walk from Paddington station, and is close to many small reasonably priced restaurants. Great for the budget traveler.

Great Location Bad Rooms The hotel is situatedround the cornr from Hyde Park and very close to the tube. We were booked in to a two bedroom suite on one of the hottest weekends in July , the rooms were at the top of the building and very very hot! O
