Two nights of four it was water leakage from other room. No service at all when we talk about any discount. All personal without any response, no answers on email afterwards.

HOTEL NEEDS REFURBISHMENT BUT WAS CLEAN AND TIDY. GOOD LOCATION, VERY CONVENIENT TO TUBE STATION.EXCELLENT VALUE FOR A LONDON HOTEL.

We had a few problems with this hotel. Firstly on arrival we were put into a second floor room but couldnt fit the pram into the lift (it was tiny) even though wed told them we were travelling with a baby. So they changed the room to a ground floor one. The room was small and seemed like it needed a good clean because there were tea stains on the wall and the carpet was covered in stains. TV didnt work, when replaced next day couldnt find a controler that worked. Staff very unhelpful wouldnt even help by opening the door to help me get the pram in and out. Just watched with amusement as I struggled!

My room was pretty small, but more than adequate for just me. It was clean, and had a nice atmosphere. The location was fab, easy to get anywhere. The area, I though, was really cool and it was nice to wander about. The complimentary breakfast was really nice, continental, so no hot food, but filling noevertheless. I highly recommend!

We had four nights at the Queens Park Hotel in November 2006. We were very pleased with the hotel it is great value for money and good location. It would have been nice if there was a bar area but we were able to use another hotel just up the road. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The continental breakfast was basic but you were able to have want you wanted and to go back for more. The only bad comment is that the hotel didnt operate a no smoking policy and the smell was quite bad all around the hotel. This will soon be rectified when smoking is banned in all public places next year!

This is the worst hotel I have ever encoutered. The quality of the rooms was poor and I was up all night as Im sure there were mites in the bed!

poor hotel bad location. Room far too small and warm with no air conditioning and we had been told they were all issued and we had to leave the window open. The area was very noisy resulting in no sleep. The hotel was not very clean and in a poor state of

This hotel is in an excellent location - opposite Kensington gardens and close to buses and tube stations. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate and a decent breakfast is included. We went back after we returned from Europe.
