I've been in better places before, but since we didn't expect too much for the money it was quite alright. They put us in a musty room in the basement, but the bed sheets were clean, the shower had hot water.

very disappointing didnt expect "the ritz" for the money but the rooms were very run down as was the hotel in general I know there were many complaints and some guests refused to stay once they saw the rooms

in comparison with other B&B hotels, the breakfast in Queens Hotel is good(hot meal such as eggs and bacon available).

Excellent location, friendly staff. A little bit grubby and out-dated. Cracked mirror, TV not working, lamps not working. Value for money.

Room was small, bathroom even smaller, but was clean, service was friendly, location was very good - quiet area, 10 mins walk from Tufnel Park tube Station. Heating did not work, but we were provided with heater. Excellent value for money. Will stay there again.

Hotel was in a good location, bed linen was clean although there were no quilkts provided. Shower had only one door and the sower itself was held up by a curtain hook - very very poor indeed. Television didnt work and the room was very drafty. The hot and cold taps were not good at all - hot was too hot whilst teh cold was warm! Plumbing needs to be sorted out asap!

Up to expectations, except room was poor, though I think we may have got landed with one of the worst rooms in the basement. Quiet, interesting location, good for Camden Lock, Highgate village and Hampstead Heath, if your looking for something in London away from usual West End places. Breakfast was best thing about the place.

Double en-suite was fine. Single en-suite was too cold, no heating and no extra blankets. Hotel was clean and the staff friendly.

The hotel was close to Tuffnel Park Tube. The shower was clean. The breakfast room was dark and stunk of mothballs. We got down in time before breakfast finished at 9.30, waited ages with no recognition and when we tried to get orange juice were rudely told there were no more glasses, so we left and had an excellent breakfast at a cafe near the tube.

location is good, just 5 minutes walk from Undergrund. Nice building with a lot of potential. It needs desperately a new inventory. The owner told me that will happen soon (we have been there i october 2006. Price was good, so was the english breakfast. The staff was very helpfull en friendly.

I REACHED THE HOTEL WITH MY GIRLFRIEND AT 2.00 IN AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS NO BOOKING FOR ME.....NOW IMAGINE YOURSELF AT 2.00 IN MORNING WITHOUT A BOOKING WITH YOUR G/F.... U SPOILED MY DAY.......AND IF ANYBODY IS ACTUALLY READING THIS.... UR SERVICE IS WORST

Cosidering that this was the cheapest hotel in the area I was very pleasantly suprised. My room was clean and a decent size for the money I paid. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a short walk from the tube station in a good part of london and the security devices employed by the hotel made me feel very safe. I would definitely stay again.

Needs loads of improvement the room seemed damp and the ensuite was manky and smelled. The carpet was filthy. Didnt have a choice as was strapped for cash but Ive been in better places for less

Bit Run Down Noisy at night with people running about all night. Rooms poor with old utility furniture. Reception area bleak.
