The room was small and fairly clean, although the bed cover was stained and the bathroom was dark and gloomy. As the room was at the front of the hotel it was very noisy. The reception and dining room staff were friendly and helpful and both areas were clean and bright and the breakfast was very good. The major plus with this hotel was the free parking

Basic but adequate with free parking. A no frills hotel with basic accomodation. Staff usually polite and helpful. Very useful free car park. 2 minutes walk to tube station for access to Central London. 2 minutes walk to O2 centre with cinema, supermarket

good location if you are driving from the north and you need to park you car for a few days whilst in london as parking is free and the finchley rd tube is only a few minutes away and three stops to central london

one to remember for future. good value hotel excellent location and easy to reach / find when travelling from outside london

The most important facility this hotel offers in our opinion is the free parking [especially] for this location and the staff at breakfast are always very accomodating as well as friendly.
