THIS HOTEL GAVE US THE SMALLEST ROOM WE HAD ON OUR TOUR OF EUROPE,UNTIL WE COMPLAINED. WE WERE THEN MOVED TO A LARGER ROOM WITH A SMALLER BATHROOM. NEED TO BE A MIDGET TO USE TOILET. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Lobby and breakfast were fine and the staff were very helpful. The rooms left soemthing to be desired. The bedspreads were not clean and we could not count on hot water whether early or mid monring or late at night.

Problems started when my guest, flying from Brazil and arriving in the hotel, was required to pay cash UPFRONT in order to be allowed in. Later, no hot water transformed the experience in a dreaded one. Will never use you again

Very good location but rooms are very small suggest booking twin room not double as they are bigger (have stayed in both). Stayed here three times and will certainly come again.

Location is very good as it is close to 2 subways with a lively restaurant district nearby featuring relatively inexpensive food. Hotel has lovely back garden facing Princes Square and features a solid free breakfast. Staff are helpful and obliging. Only downside is small rooms but very good value for money.

first night in a basement room: substandard, cold, bathroom unhygenic; second room first floor better, one matress broken, not very polite reception, instead of booking a taxi a limousine servicee without fixed price was ordered

When we arrived we stayed in a twin room and we had to complain because the room was so little we could not open our bagages! Then we were moved to a bigger one that was very good. Excellent location

The room was small, little space for two suitcaces, The hot weather made it very unconfortable having no air conditioning. Breakfast was sub standard compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip to the UK.Also the layout of the breakfast facilities caused crowding that could easily be avoided.

Good location good holiday hotel When we were in London there was a heat wave which is becoming more common. My main comment is understand no air con but think the rooms could benifit from an electric fan. Generally a good hotel and very friendly staf
