The location was very good, only few minutes walking to reach Earls court tube station. However the room was too small for three people...I think it was a double room adapted for three people.The rceptionist was abrupt and breakfast was not so lavish.

Excellent location for Earls Court and surrounding areas. Staff couldnt be more helpful and pleasant. Rooms slightly on the small side but nice and clean. Never tried the restaurant but that was our choice!!!

Wardrobe door fell off first time we opened it which was fixed straight away. The double room we had was on the small side as was the bed. Also returned to the room in the afternoon to find the maid hadnt shut the door behind her giving anyone free access to our christmas shopping (nothing was missing thankfully). The dining room was too small the first morning we gave up waiting for an empty table and ate out.

the hotel is very well located. Rooms and restrooms are small but cleaned. The breakfast room is poor and the service and food absolutely insufficient.

This hotel is in an excellent area. Its a 2 min walk to the tube which is just a few stops from everywhere. The room was clean, but the bathroom was a tad small. The area is safe to be out late at night. The staff were friendly and willing to aid you.

Good location, next to Earls Court underground. Facilites were poor for the price paid. Clean hotel, most of the staff friendly and cheerful.

Got it at a good price, good location, very basic hotel, considering the price of other hotels at the time, i am quite satisfied, value for money,

The hotel staff were very accommodating and courteous. I was however disappointed with the room, the television set was situated too high you had to lie in the bed to watch comfortably. On the third day an extra bed was placed in my room and i had no say in the matter i found that to be very rude. My fiancee, having frequented the area thought that the price was too extravagant for the accommodations. I personally recommend the hotel if you are on a budget and for the close proximity to the underground.

This is a nice hotel in an excellent location for exploring London. The Decor is a little dated but rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Our room was very small but for the bargain price was well worth it.
