Room was a bit hot during the night. Hairdryer in bathroom did not work. Loved the iron and ironing board in the room. Shower curtain enabled water to flood the floor. New design required??? Staff very friendly but when I checked out and handed in the key I was not given a receipt. Had to ask for it. Room was very clean and tidy if a bit small. Cheap mattress protector rustled every time I turned over. Overall, a pleasant experience. Would stay there again.

I booked two rooms, one for +£20 room than the other - they were both the same room! They are a bit pokey - standard and deluxe. Some sort of alarm went off twice in the wee hours of the morning waking us up with a shock!

This is a nice place to stay, nice moden enviroment clean & tired, this for me is a veru good location. I only stay there when I can get a room at around the £150 mark, this is ok value.

Superb location, close to Central London. Tube station Hammersmith with Piccadilly Line very convenient, as well as the Hammersmith Bus station, with excellent bus connections (Oxford Street, Aldwych, Baker Street....etc.) Hotel pub closed very early in the evenings, and guests were asked to go to the cocktail bar in the lounge. Breakfast (buffet) at GBP 15 is extremely expensive by continental European standards. Service personnel very attentive, polite and efficient.

From the intial service at reception to departure, all employees within the hotel were very helpful and polite. For me the location was great, as it was just a 5 minute walk from Hammersmith bus station. The room was lovely and all in all a pleasent stay.
