My experience in this hotel was poor, I had the unpleasant experience of finding large clumps of black hairs in my bath in the morning. When I discussed this with the receptionist on check out she called room service but was more concerned with ensuring that I was billed for everything, my expression of empath was given. A taxi that I had requested to be booked the night before was given to another guest and I had then to wait for another to be called and was late for my meeting.

Novotel is beutifully sited for visiting the excel arena. the night we arrived for the boxing was wet, cold and windy so the very short walk 100 meters to the entrance of the arena was brilliant, room was very good, food was fantastic. only bad thing was the parking inside the hotel gave us the impression that if we went out in the evening we would have to pay twice for parking, pricing policy could be made clearer, other than that absalutly brilliant
