Overall room was very pleasing,however it looked far to cluttered and cramped in the entrance. Bathroom was of good size and nicely decorated but the shower leaked all the over the floor and on the edge of carpet each time.

Generally a good hotel, nice location close to southwalk bridge. Close to restaurants and pubs on the south bank, walking distance to tower bridge (20mins with 2 kids in tow). about 30 min walk to london eye down the south bank. Nearest tube is about 5 mins walk (London Bridge). Close to Tate Modern and millenium footbridge that leads to st. Pauls. Negatives: Expensive breakfast, but it is an "All you can eat" buffet. No teaspoon supplied by default with morning coffee for some reason - you have to ask for one.

Shame we had to wait so long for the room to be prepared, 1st told 20 mins then 30 mins, and when we did eventually get in the room our stay was absoulutly Fantastis, cant fault anything. Will use Novotel and Discount city Hotyels again.And will recomend both..........

This was a really good hotel for a family stay - the rooms were a good size, very clean, well equipped. Ideal location for London. Car park directly behind the hotel. Only complaint would be the price of breakfast!
