Transfered to The Bentley in Harrington Gardens due to computor failure.The Bentley was "too over the top" for our liking.We were dissapointed not to stay at the NH-You would of thought they would have contingency manual systems in place to be able to cope with computor outage.

Smart, clean hotel. I enjoyed my stay at the NH Kensington and was suprised at reading the bad reviews. It didnt start well as i was given a twin room when I had booked a double but this was sorted out quickly and I was very impressed with the room lovely

fantastic weekend, staff were extremly friendly and helpful. great night, slept sooo well. lack of coffee in morn, but blame that on hangover, as was lunchtime b4 we woke. Recommend to everyone. have a great time, walls r thick !
