Well situated, comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout. I didnt eat as such, but my bar snack was enough to make me want to eat there next time I stay. Only one small point, and this applies to nearly every London hotel Ive stayed at : is it too much to ask that guests be provided with a radio as well as a TV? Many of us prefer radio - and after all theres only so many times you can watch recycled news in a morning!

A great hotel in a fantastic location. Good overall service and the only downside was the size of the room which felt very small considering that I have paid the same amount and experienced a lot bigger! But not too much if an issue. Ordered breakfast in bed which was very speedy and perfect! Also great choice of entertainment on the TV for lazy mornings in bed! Would consider spending another weekend there as a treat and trying out the restaurant which hosts a fantastic menu!

I slept like a log and was very comfortable, however the room and bathroom were quite tiny. The only complaint was that I had no milk with the tea making facilities - a minor point. My breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous & I will definately stay there again.

Great location well kept rooms but they are very small, particularly the bathrooms. Fresh fruit plate on arrival was nice but they failed to deliver the newspaper that I ordered. Good concierge service.

This is not our first stay at this hotel and we love the location. The room provided through this booking was the poorest we had ever been provided. Barely room to turn around much less accomodate more than one person. We upgraded at a large additional charge and got a satisfactory room
