The Mayflower was a graet place to stay. Room decor was original and far from the bland corporate hotel image. Location was ideal and within walking distance of kensington gardens and Hyde park. Service was friendly and efficient.

Very impressed with this boutique style hotel. As stated in previous reviews, the rooms are small, but for one or two nights that isnt a problem. Smart, contemporary decor, excellent customer service and a jewel of a find!

Extremely disappointed not to get room as originally booked i.e. twin room booked but finally ended up with a double - not at all satisfactory. Just as well we are mother and daughter. Twin room was not apparently available as electrical work was being carried out at the hotel - why then were we not fore-warned, and offered a suitable alternative? We were initially offered an apartment about five minutes walk away from main hotel, which was very dreary looking,then an alternative apartment next door to htel not much batter. We ended up with no choice but to take the double room. The room was nothing like the photos as advertised on your web-site. VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER ESPECIALLY AS HOTEL CHOSEN BECAUSE OF HIGH RATING BY YOURSELVES.I FEEL SOME COMPENSATION WOULD BE APPROPRIATE.

Close to Earls Court tube station this hotel is perfectly situated for visiting the major sights of London. The area itself is pleasant with many restaurants and pubs. My single room on the basement floor was small, but quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean with sufficient toiletries. A big plus for wooden floors instead of carpets. A good choice.

lovely hotel, friendly and good location. rooms a little small, a bit stuffy at night-needs air conditioning
