Rooms a bit small and decor tired. Not suited if you have a problem with stairs we were at the very top and it made us puff and we are fit. Breakfast and service very good.

not the biggest hotel and as theres no lift, if your room is at the top then its a good hike, but the hotel makes up for it by being as helpful as they can be.

Good Value, Great location. This is a small no frills hotel on a quiet street a block (easy walk) from Paddington station. Typically small london room, but in a great location for travel to other parts of London.
