Although the rooms had been well refurbished, the double room and en suite I was allocated and the other one I was shown, were extremely small and cramped.

i wont be staying at this hotel anymore because of the attitude of the reception staff,i was put in basement room(001)and had to endure the painful noise from trains going past,the morning staff arguing at the top of their voice not realising that there was a quest in the basement room.No telephone resception either.Hotel furniture and mod cons are great but service is below standard.

Rooms very very small, but really cute=) ! In general we were happy with the room, but I found it very disturbing that the deposit that was paid (although they said it wasnt charged)with my credit card, doesnt show credited immediately, only after 5 days. I think thats not good service. It should be cleared once you leave the hotel ! Otherwise ok.

The room we had was very small but had a wonderful bathroom they seem to have taken more time on the bathroom than the room, we had a mini bar with nothing in it and for some reason a microwave. We were going to the Albert Hall so the location was very good. It was just an ok hotel. I use yourselves all the time and most of the hotels have been very good, this time was a little disappointing I say a very badly designed room

Nice room decor but far to small, my room was like a sauna and i certailny wouldnt want to stay any longer than a night. Shame as the hotel is very good.

The location was great, right of the train station. The employees were very helpful and the rooms were beautiful, but very crampt.

Hotel location is good, a short wark to Earls Court tube station and to the main roads.Although cleanliness and quality of the rooms are good, the room size is just too small!

The hotel was unbelievably noisy and therefore, none of us got any sleep at all. Provide ear plugs!
