Slightly dissappointed to see in the bookings diary that i was paying at least 15 pounds more per person than anyone else staying there for the two evenings we stayed forgot that there was no lift at the time of booking ended up in the "penthouse" nevermind good for the diet!! Had to spend 10 minutes unblocking the holes in the showerhead with a pin to try and get a trickle out of the shower a bath was not an option due to converted plumbing which wouldnt allow the taps to be run into the bath. No iron or ironing board in the room bearing in mind the seven flights of stairs didnt fancy running up and down to get one went for the crushed look!!! All the problems were made up for by super courteous staff and other clean and tidy facilities
