the hotel was in a nice quiet location but close enough to everything youd want to get to. the hotel advertisies it has a bar but this is not actually onsite and located at a sister hotel.

not a 4 star hotel more like a 2 star. room very small for a deluxe double, unable to walk around the bed far to much furniture for a small room,although the room and shower were very clean. Lift had a mind of its own and the air con was still not working

Not a four star hotel. Room small for an executive suite, but clean. Loud corridors, broken elevator, no air conditioning working, not enough water pressure for showers

My wife and I arrived at 4pm looking forward to a newly refurbished double room. We were told there was a "problem with the boiler" and would we go round the corner to another hotel where we were offered a room, smelling of disinfectant, with four single beds! Eventually we were given a small unrefurbished double room in yet another location. Very unsatisfactory.

Aircon did not work (I think hotel still being renovated) so the rooms were roasting. Found a used teabag in the bed. Very small room with no space to move. On saying this, well presented (ignoring teabag), peaceful and excellent location (short walk to Hyde Park) and lovely surrounding area. Great for the price.

Nice lcd-tv and free internet access but the rest of the hotel is far below average. The room is so small you can not walk around the bed to go to the chair. So to hang up your cloth or to have a sit in the chair or at the desk you have to climb over the bed. Truly incredible in my opinion. I stay in London for a while now and I have seen several hotel rooms, some where small but this one was half of the other small rooms if even that. Also the heating is on all the time and you canโs switch it off, I asked tree times about it and tree times someone would have a look at it but every time I got back in my room the heating was on. And not a bit on but sauna hot on. In the bathroom I burned myself several times on the heating system because the toilet is against the heating. In short, way to small room, no service and way to hot. Other than that ok hotel.

very disappointed with their service. On arrival at hotel we were informed that they had double booked and were transferring us to another hotel. On arrival at this hotel we were informed the very same and were transferred again to a hotel in Kensington.One hour later we eventually got booked in. Rooms were extremely small, staff spoke very little english and room was right beside the train line so was very noisy and made sleeping impossible !!!

Nice location near Paddington. The temperature of the 4th floor was too hot!!!

This recently refurbished "4 star" shows all the signs of a rushed job. In addition I was initially offered a disgusting un-refurbished room, the one I eventually settled on was small and the bed was tiny! Avoid where possible - horribly overpriced, how it is a 4-star we will never know
