The staff is very friendly and helpful,but does not help with the luggage on the third floor without lift and mostly small stairs. It is horrible! Every three days new towels was very good. The shower is only for very thin

The hotel looks quite fantastic from the outside, even the reception is quite nice, the rooms were a good, breakfast was pleasant the breakfast room was ok, overall the hotel was good in a good location, the rooms were clean and tidy and actually quite good value for money, the management and staff were plite and friendly.

Hyde Park Court hotel is basic, but good value for what you are paying. The hotel staff are all very polite and the room was kept very clean. We found the room slightly cramped between the four of us, but as we did not spend a huge amount of time there, this was not a major concern for us. It is located just around the corner from Paddington tube station, and there are plenty of places to eat in the area. I would definately recommend it for short stays if you are on tight budget, and I will most likely use it again.

The hotel looks quite fantastic from the outside, even the reception is quite nice, there was a lot of very steep stairs, which being on the top floor were a long trek, the rooms were a little musty, breakfast was pleasant although we had to wait for a table, the breakfast room was very small, overall the hotel was good in a good location, the rooms were clean and tidy and actually quite good value for money, the management and staff were plite and friendly.

Very disappointed. Travelling by myself and spent some time finding somewhere that appeared nice on internet. Apparently some problem with my room, so redirected around the corner to another hotel. Unclean, unsafe and in the basement. Would not give me money back either as the owner had already paid second hotel manager. Very disappointing

Upon arrival to the hotel, The management tried to send me to another hotel because they were over-booked. I felt that the management was very unprofessional, especially since I booked the reservation almost a week in advance. They spoke in Pakistani to stop me from understanding what was being discussed amoungst them. I have to stay at hotels at least once a week, and found the Hyde Park Court Hotel overall appalling.

Not the most amazing hotel Ive stayed at. BUT it did the job. Staff were very friendly and would always try to help. Hotel in general a bit tired, but generally clean and tidy. This is a budget hotel, and should be thought of a such. The longer we stayed there, the more we were enjoying it.
