It is okay just that the extension attracted extra costs. In fact I am still in the Hotel and will leave Thursday 05/04/2007

the hotel was easy to find and is close to the tube station. there is also a bus stop just outside which was handy. basic rooms but ok for a short stay. hotel reception very informative and helpful. the price per night is a little high but if youre on a budget its certainly within range compared to some.

The hotel was clean and offered value accommodation in centre of London- convenient for Tube station. Only drawback was an extremely noisy loo flush! Staff were helpful and always in attendence. Rooms were adequate and facilities though minimal were OK. You do not often get breakfast waitress service for this price but you do at the Hotel Oliver.

nice people, good service, breakfast OK, the room however was very small and dusty, location (backside of the hotel (quiet room ) was OK

We stayed at Hotel Oliver, and was very pleased, compared to price the quality was good. The only thing we where disapointed about was the fact that the hotel takes 5£ for booking a taxi. we had planed our last money, and had to withdraw some more to get on the bus for stansted.

If you pick from the net and only want to pay £45 a night, its easy to be disappointed. This hotel is excellent for a few days stopover. Quick walk to the Tube, restaurants and shops, bus outside the door, functional, comfortable rooms and helpful, pleasant staff. You can pay a lot more and get - precisely the same.

Very poor hotel. We arrived at night, so it was dark. There was no proper signage to the rooms, nor any lighting - so you could trip very easily and hurt yourself. The rooms smelt of damp, and were quite scruffy and worn. There were no toilet rolls in the rooms and even after contacting reception, provisions did not arrive until the next day. At breakfast we were asked to vacate our table, even though we had literally just finished our last mouthful. As contractors working away from home, we do not expect the Ritz but this was very poor. It was not a relaxing time, and for the money I have stopped in a lot nicer equipped hotels. Very poor, be wary when booking this hotel.

Good Budget Hotel in a good location Very conveniently located and staff very friendly and helpful. However single rooms are very small but they were clean. Brakfast could be improved
