The room was excellent apart from the noise from the traffic outside which kept me awake until the very early hours. We did request a early call as my husband was running the marathon but never got it. We had also requested to come down early for breakfast as we had to leave at 7.15am but the waiter knew nothing about it. Thankfully he was very happy to oblige and then to help us to check out as there was noone on reception. Overall the stay was good and we would love to stay again but in a much quieter room. Thanks for your hospitality

Chic hotel, bit disapointed about smoking in the bar area, but hopefully thatll all go away later this year.

very nice interior design, room was good and friendly people. Breakfast and coffee was very tasty. Hotel is not in the City but tube is fast.

Extremely comfortable boutiquetype hotel based on N.Circular Rd in Ealing.Rooms & service excellent ,though rooms facing main road can be a little noisy. That apart , very good value for money.

An excellent hotel with very friendly staff and a very warm manager that made our stay feel welcoming and relaxing. We stayed in a stylish bedroom, equipped with a flat-screen TV,a wardrobe with a few coat hangers that proved to be useful, a power shower, 24hr hot water and a window view of the landscaped garden. We found the safe to be very convenient to store our passports and other valuables when we were out in London for shopping. The continental breakfast was rich in variety as well as fulfilling. In addition, we are pleased to say that the day we checked out the manager was very assisting in keeping our luggage till 7.30pm by which we returned after our last minute shopping in London to catch our 10.30pm flight back to Cyprus. In conclusion, we definately would stay there again!!

EXCELLENT HOTEL! Superb hotel with all the facilities to make you feel like you are at home! Lovely staff and made the stay feel very warm and welcoming. Definitely recommended!
