great hotel, stayed here the night before I did the Marathon. The staff were very helpful and hotel rooms were of a very good & modern standard. The only thing which let it down was the hotels leisure facilities. They were small & quite dated compared the the rest of the hotel. Other than this I would highly recommend it.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights during which we had to change rooms 3 times. The air conditioning allowed next-doors conversation to be piped directly into our room at 1am, so we were moved to a double where there was no hot water. We then moved to our final room where the air-conditioning broke down. Through all this the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also gave us a good discount at the end, so we left happy.

Perfect for people using Victoria station as their entry to the big city. My only fault would be that the reception and public areas are a bit small.

Well priced and located, not luxurious, but clean and tidy, staff were friendly and pre theatre meal was good value for money. Not the best hotel in central london but one of the best value for money stays I have had

We booked this hotel as we were going to see Billy Elliott at Victoria Palace Theatre and can say the location, service and value for money was all second to none, and would highly recommend!

Whenever I stay in London I travel by megabus into Greenline Coach station. Whenever I stay in a hotel which isnt the Hysperia we struggle to get to the coach on time due to transport or hotel delays. Therefore I am unlikey to stay at any other hotel from now on. Location is perfect. Across the road from the tube, down the street from the coach station. I can make full use of my time by staying here. The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean with a comfy bed, fridge (minibar), good shower, tv etc. Theres a sainburys, cashpoint, pub and argos all very close by, not to mention the Apollo Victoria. The only thing I would change is the price, even on discount hotels, but its normal for London so I cant complain. Stay here, its great!

We stayed at this hotel in September 2006. Had a little difficulty finding it but once we did we found it was in an excellent location for Victoria Station from where we were travelling next day. We paid extra for breakfast but this seemed quite good value for what we paid.

Good hotel, grest location in Victoria. Only negative thing for me about my stay here was that the ladies changing rooms at the pool were not that clean. I expect this is because its not used a whole lot and no female staff were around to check it. Othe

The jaccuzi suite is massive and really smart but it looks like they refurbished the bedroom and lounge area but not the bathroom which had aged a little - like the swimming pool - but still great having a jaccuzi in your hotel room though! Unfortunately we didnt have the greatest night sleep as the aircon unit on the roof made a loud humming sound and as we were on the top floor it was a bit like being in a airplane all night. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was perfect as we needed to be near Victoria station.

We had booked extremely late and felt we had struck lucky with this hotel - an excellent location and a lovely modern room. No breakfast included.
