I booked a room using your services, however when we arrived at the hotel, they had no knowledge of our booking, even though you had confirmed the booking. When the hotel tried to contact you, they didnt manage to speak to anyone. You havent answered my e- mail to explain this matter, despite having almost two months to do so.

Not a very interesting breakfast, no bananas even. Pillows were awful, thick hard lumps. But it was clean and the location was good for our purpose. No safe in the rooms either.

location better than expected - but guests should be advised to exit Waterloo at Eurostar end for London Eye and other sights
