Accomodation fully met our requirements - very clean, nice quiet rooms (faced rear of building. Short walk (just over 5mins)from West Brompton. Perfect for a couple of nights in London. Didnt rate breakfast as highly as other reviewers. Cereal, Fruit, Croissants or Toast. For a cold winter morning, I wouldve preferred something hot. Price on front wall for a nights stay is scary - "discount city hotels" price is certainly a discount, some 40% cheaper

We had a pleasant stay. The staff was nice and courteous. Unfortunately, the elevators needed servicing while we were there and they chose to shut them down during the busiest part of the day - during breakfast and checkout. This went on for 3 days. If you are staying on the 5th floor, it makes running back to the room a pain. On the plus side, the continental breakfast selection was extensive and supplies plentiful. There are restaurants nearby, and drinks are available in the lobby in the evening. The walk from the tube station is a good 5 minutes. We would stay here again if we ever returned to London.
