Ignore much of the blurb re this B&B. There is nothing spacious or modern about it. Many of the services advertised do not exist.Yes, it is relatively cheap for London but, like most things, you get what you pay for. So, DO NOT expect a lot.

Nice hotel which suited our needs, bathroom a bit small, but was only staying one night.

Hotel is in an excellent location right beside victoria station, good connections to gatwick airport. Rooms are very basic but clean, slight smell of stale smoke in our room which was in the basement, but had a window. Ideal for those on a budget its is really the location that sells it, not for those looking for luxury!!

In double room, just one single wardrobe, no drawers. Bathroom too small. Shower curtain little mouldy, no plug in bathroom wash basin. Badly in need of re-decorating. No radio channel and just 1 satellite channel and 1 foreign one.

For the tourist who wants a great location to base you travels around London from this is it.... just down the road from Victoria tube and coach station. Very heplful and friendly staff.

not a good place to stay To start with i telephoned for directions and was put on hold. The receptionist was very abrupt, when we later asked for the use of an iron we were rudely told to bring it straight back. The nite receptionist was very helpful.
