hotel was fine. stayed in a single room. no complaints really, apart from the hot water not been warm enough to shower, luckily its spring :) would stay here again

We have been in room number 3, a triple room in the basement. A large room, very nice bathroom and no noise except when somebody let the entrance door slip upstairs but no problems at all.

Had a great weekend.2nd time ive stayed at the hotel and would highly recommend it. friendly staff and very helpful. Let us leave our bags when we had checked out until it was time to go for the train. Good location. Breakfast was amazing!! Really nice clean room,however the only disapointment was not having a bath! A great stay. Thanks

Excellent value for midweek stay at a convenient location for Marble Arch, Oxford Street, etc. Only a few minutes walk to Paddington for tube and main line services. Freshly prepared breakfast is a major plus point as well as friendly staff. This hotel is very security conscious in both individual rooms plus main entrance. Have used this hotel before and would use again.

Hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed in in central London.Staff were most courteous and helpful which says a lot more than some taxi drivers.For the price I would recomend anyone to stay here.Thanks for everything.Hilton eat your heart out!!

Good Hotel, good breakfast, staff excellent and friendly. Over 5 mins walk to tube station.

Members of staff at breakfastwere somewhat abrupt and not proactive, we had to acquire extra settings for our own table

booked for single room but didnt realise that would mean having to step over your luggage to get from one end of the bed to the other - maybe this is the norm fro single room london style - all is was very neat and clean - recommended
