Good location, not a great hotel and too expensive for what it was. Was quite disappoined when we arrived... rooms were not in very good condition and nor was bathroom.

IDEAL LOCATION FOR HYDE PARK, ALBERT HALL, MUSEUMS & HARRODS. DESPITE THE DARK NIGHTS DRAWING IN THE AREA FELT VERY SAFE.

Half the rooms in this hotel overlook an above-ground section of the London Underground. Expect to woken up by the noise of trains during the night. Not all rooms have high-speed Internet

Good Location off Ken High street, good price but dreary hotel. good location just off kebnsington high street. cumbersomje check in processes and I didnt get the type of room I booked. Hotel seen better days. Bathroom needed redecoration. No wow factor a
