very good hotel nice and clean but having to pay 15 pounds to park a car where there is no security is a bit much.i know this area quite well as i grew up in the area and the car is no safer in the hoel rather than on the road just outside.and to let the customer to book in first and then inform us that there is no bar within the hotel because they have lost there licence is just not good enough.overall very poor on comfort inns behalf.

We arrived to find the room we had booked did not have any electricity and there was not another room available. The following morning we had to wait 45 minutes to be seated for our breakfast. There was one person serving, clearing away and manning the reception. The following day we were found another room which was too small for use and was a fire hazard. A bed had been placed across the doors access. The ligh in the shower fell out leaving live wires exposed to the water from the shower head. This is probably the most dangerous hotel I have stayed in and would not stay there again. They have obviously cut back on service and safety to try and make money. Stay here at your peril.
