Our stay in april in a lovely hotel. See all above, many compliments to the staff and the hotel. One scary event during the night when somebody managed to open the door must be mentioned. It was reported and we hope to hear from you about this.

Managed to get a room half price from the price advertised on the hotel counter. We then were upgraded to a £400 four poster room at no extra charge. Rooms very tasteful and very comfy. location perfect for our conference and also direct tube to Kings X and right on the doorstep of China town. Would definately go there again, and have recommended it to colleagues travelling to London.

The location was very central to everything. The room was huge and clean. The service was exceptional. I was given a complimentary bottle of wine on my birthday.

The hotel was excellent, i was worried that for the price i paid there would be some sort of catch (that the hotel wouldnt be any good) but it was brilliant and great price too!! would recommend and would go again>

Generally OK, but I resented having to pay for my two nights when I checked in (just taking a card swipe should be sufficient).

A well located hotel, 3 minutes walk to Picadilly Circus and approx 7 minutes to Leicester Square. Hotel was clean and the room was impressive with wide screen tv in the bedroom and a plasma tv in the bathroom! The prices given on this website are brilliant as they are hugely discounted from the hotel prices displayed in the reception! The hotel is surrounded by restaurants (good Italian 3 doors down!). Shaftesbury avenue can be noisy at night, but didnt really hear it from the room too much. Would definately stay there again.

great location. Day staff helpful - night staff not so. Rooms are small but nice and clean and needs a bigger lift. But a good choice for a few days in the capital

This was more than I had expected to pay but was well worth it! Beautiful room, a comfy bed that I would have liked to take home with me! Bathroom lovely and impressed with the moderness of flat screen tv in the bathroom. Recommend to all for the room and perfect location
