I always use this hotel whilst in London on business as it is convenient for our London offices and tube and convenient for restaurants. As a lone female it is important to stay in a safe location in a secure hotel.

Nice tidy hotel. I did not really spend to much time in the hotel. \ Location pretty good for Oxford Street and west end facilities

My stay was made by the location of the hotel - quiet classic Georgian square. Room was a shoebox but very functional for a quick overnight stay - everywhere was well furbished and clean. Good atmosphere in the bar

First impressions were good with pleasant and efficient reception staff. I was expecting the room to be small, which it was, but not the overpowering smell of old cigarettes. My clothes reek and will all have to be cleaned. I didnt get much sleep, due to having to keep the window fully open which was noisy. No problems with requesting an early breakfast. It would be good to have the option to reserve a non-smoking room.

We hadden een 4-persoonskamer. Goed hotel. Mooie badkamer met bad. Lekker ontbijtbuffet met broodjes, toast, croissantjes, yoghurt, koffie, thee, hot chocolat. De ligging was ook goed. Genoeg eettentjes in de buurt en dicht bij metro.

In an otherwise OK hotel, the room I was allocated was tiny and it was physically impossible to moisten your face for shaving without splashing water all over your feet. Never again.

I was only there for 2 nights but was very satisfied with the hotel, althought the single room was rather small. Close to shops,park and underground station, yet quiet location.

Had a reasonably sized family room with queen and 2 twin beds. Bathroom was new and clean. Elevator was a godsend as room was on top floor. Continental breakfast served in dining room downstairs was fine, but nothing fancy. Extra charge for cooked. No parking in neighborhood streets, hotel doesnt even have a loading zone, parking warden showed up within a minute ready to give us a ticket! Public Parking Garage was hard to find in one-way system and pricey. We lucked out and found a spot offered by a resident whose neighbor was away for one night which saved us.

The hotel was very hot due to warm weather and the shower heads do not shower properly. Great value for rate given and I am additional sending business over due to this

Good hotel in London Location is excellent. Convenient but quiet!! It will be better if rooms can assess to internet. Room is clean. Breakfast should be changed regularly with cooked breakfast.We stayed there for 10 days and had 10 exactly same food

Very good hotel, value for money and great location Perfect location for parks, tubes and Whiteleys - highly recommended.
