This was our first visit to this hotel.We found it a very pleasant experience and would consider staying here again. We did not find it a problem getting into the city centre due to a pretty good transport system ie;The buses

When we arrived at the hotel they have not get our order from you. We have to go to another hotel 15 min from Mostyn Hotel at the other side of the city. The hotel pay the taxi. We have to wait and wait and we used a lot of time. We was tired and get a wrong start on our trip. We get a rom next day at Mostyn but we have to change our plan for the first evening.

On arrival all the staff were very polite, friendly & helpful. The rooms were basic but clean & had all facilities needed for our stay. Would use again at the price we paid.

The Best Western Mostyn Hotel was superb value for the location and standard of the hotel. All be it the rooms were quite compact, the quality and location made up for this in the superb price. Would definitely stay there again at these prices.

Just off Oxford Street and only a couple of minutes to the nearest tube, I was very pleased with the location of this hotel. The rooms were a satisfatory size and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok though I didnt eat in the restaurant - there were plenty of food places nearby. I would visit the Hotel again!

I booked one nights accommodation here for a group of 9 work colleagues attending an event in London and it turned out Id made a very good choice. All our rooms were excellent, some of us had a choice of 2 double beds and one of us ended up with a mini suite! The service was good, although check-out was a little slow. The location is perfect, either for a business trip such as ours or a central hotel for tourists. One suggestion would be that breakfast is extended to 10.30am, but still a very good value hotel when booked through yourselves (charges direct with the hotel are alot higher).

Excellent location,Good value for money ,very friendly staff, good breakfast. We had no complain and would definitely like to stay again. Perhaps some refurbishment will be good facelift.

I really liked the location of the hotel-just behind Marble Arch at the bottom of Oxford St. When we arrived, we had been upgraded to a suite (we had booked a double room) which we were excited about but the bed was tiny (46") and had a very soft mattress which we did not find comfortable at all. The hotel was good overall but I would have complained had we paid their walk-in price of £300 for the room!!

Near to Hyde Park Hotel was fine to stay after the Who concert at Hyde Park. Bar was very poor - no pint glasses, unable to provide a second glass of Prosecco as the downstairs bar was closed and the mini bottle of champagne at £10 was not chilled prop
