overall we were very pleased with the hotel,the staff were friendly and polite,great value for money, also a great location for central london, would certainly use again

When we arrived we were given a room with a shower only. As I was staying to run London Marathon, I wanted a bath and the receptionist was very accommodating, finding us a new room. The rooms were very small, but adequate. Location is ideal and within minutes of the tube station.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY COMFY, THE FOOD IS VERY GOOD. THIS WAS OUR SECOND STAY AT THE HOTEL. WE RETURNED THIS YEAR WITH SOME FRIENDS. WOULD DEFINATELY GO AGAIN.

This Hotel is a clean good value hotel for people who want a no frills hotel in a good location to see London. The rooms are really small and so is the bed (my feet were hanging out of the bottom and Im only 6ft). We stayed for 2 nights and used it as a base as we had a concert one evening and a show to see the next day. Staff were friendly,location was great and room comfortable. Full cooked breakfast in the mornings was really tasty and not too clinical like other chains I have stayed at. Would recommend to anyone who just wants a hotel to crash at whilst visiting london.

Ideal hotel for the city. Clean, quiet, right at Earls Court tube station. Exactly what we wanted for a weekend in London with the kids.

Right on the earls court tube station this hotel is excellent for getting to wherever you want to go during your stay in the capital.The hotel is clean with adequate facilities and has friendly helpful staff.breakfast is casual with enough to suit all tastes and for the price i paid thught it was value for money.I would reccomend the burns hotel for a short break with no hesitancy.

Good hotel in very convenient location. First time in a Best Western hotel. Rooms were fine, lovely towels in bathroom and great shower. Only a couple of minutes walk from Earls Court Underground with great connections for shopping and theatres. Would

A nice hotel but single rooms are not very big(But it is typical for London).Nice and friendly staff.Good breakfast even when the choice is limited.Very near to the tube station.Very quiet rooms.I could recoommend this hotel .
