I would compare it as like a glorified B&B,very basic but value for money.This is the place to be for its location and many restuarants at your door step if needed.It was as expected our base, and for that reason I recommend it to anyone with the intention of doing the same,after all you are there to see London by day and not relax, its a vibrant city.

Have stayed twice as good location for gigs in Hyde Park. Just a stones throw away from Paddington & Hyde Park. Clean & Friendly perfect for the price.

Great budget hotel We were pleasantly surprised by the Alexandra Hotel. The room was clean and tidy wih everything that we needed. Id recommend it for anyone on a budget. Friendly staff and a convenient location.

Good hotel for Hyde Park Not at all impressed, but it was perfect for getting to and from Hyde Park. Our room was small and the toilet/ shower room had a smell of damp/ mould. Cups and spoons were not cleaned properly. Could also smell cigarette smoke
