Hotel is in good location near to underground, shops and restaurants. Very tatty room with strange smell. Toilet took about 15 mins to flush. Staff friendly and breakfast OK. What youd expect from budget accommodation!

We found the hotel quite easily but the reception was not at all friendly. The room was extremely small,could not open door to shower-room (very small and smelt) without moving bed. Sheets, however, were clean. Would be improved greatly with a lick of paint and only two single beds instead of single and double and no fridge blocking the doorway. Surely a health and safety matter. English breakfast but eagg cooked too much and cold along with the bacon. Overall could definitely be improved with friendlier staff. Will not be using again or recommending to others.

The room size was good but the TV didnt work and the shower was broken ( shower door broken/shower head broken/shower attachment/shower tray filled with water ) Not good when your in a triple room with two small boys. No reduction on the bill has yet been offered. The people were lovely except the rude breakfast assistant/ chamber maid.

We knew it as a budget hotel before we got there, but nothing could of prepared us for the room we had to sleep in. There was visible damp all over the ceiling, the shower was filthy, the taps stoped working for a while in the morning, there was a hole in the window (London in November isnt exactly tropical weather). One of the wall lamps was boken as was the tv. This was just our room, the upstairs was blocked off and covered with a dirty white sheet, no doubt its been condemned im just surprised the rest of the place wasnt. We didnt attempt the breakfast, after seeing the squalor we were expected to sleep in we dreaded to think what kind of state the kitchen was in. Stayed in budget hotels before but this really was a major disappointment,

For a discount hotel I wasnt expecting luxury, but I was not impressed with the rooms at all. Stuck away at the back of the basement in a tiny room, that was really dingy with peeling wall paper and lamps that did not work, I did not have a good nights sleep expecting all manner of horrors to emerge during the night. Thankfully they did not so I escaped the room, to a satisfactory breakfast although the glasses could have done with a good wash.

the hotel needs updating, a really good clean and a coat of paint would make all the differance!! The breakfast staff were very kind and helpful and they cant be faulted, maybe they should think about getting lobs in a better hotel.
