Reception very friendly in a rather un parisain way. Some English spoken - although I love practising my (far from perfect) French. The basics were good - clean, comfortable, quiet room. Brilliant and refreshing power shower. Room on the small side but, hey, you get what you pay for) Single bed a bit on the small side - I am 6 foot 2 inches (nearly 2m). Good choice of good value nearby restaurants and bars. My stay in Paris was primarily for business reasons (I am an independent consultant working in the financial research field) . I will definitely stay there again - particularly when working for clients who are not over generous on the accomodation expenses front or who pay a lump sum from which I pay my own expenses!

The bathroom was super clean. The shower/room was super small even for my husband and I who are small to medium scaled. But hey, Its PARIS! The room also had a strange odor when we first walked in. The location was nice and quiet.
