THIS HOTEL SHOULD DEFINITELY NOT BE LISTED AS 3-STAR. IT WAS 2 STAR AT BEST. SERVICE WAS 1 STAR. THE CARPETS WERE DUSTY AND SOILED AND HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED OR VACUMNED IN YEARS. THE BEDSPREADS AND CURTAINS WERE SOILED. THE BATHROOM TILES WERE NOT CLEAN AND THE SHEETS SMELLED STALE. WE HAD TO REQUEST WATER EVERY DAY AND WERE CHARGED FOR IT. THERE WERE NO MINI-BARS. THERE WAS NO INTERNET SERVICE. THE LOBBY LOOKED LIKE A TRANSIENT HOTEL LOBBY. SERVICE WAS A BIT SURLY. THE BEST THING THIS HOTEL HAS GOING FOR IT IS LOCATION. I WAS QUITE ANXIOUS FOR MY STAY TO END!

excellent location close to opera, shopping centers and metro station.

From a three star hotel I would expected more. Especially the entrance and the reception look like a 1* hotel. Though the breakfast is out of charge is rather poor. Coffee, milk, chocolate, orange juice, bread, butter, marmalade and croissants. The place where the breakfast was served was never crowded though it is too small. But the location is excellent. Near the metro station Madeleine (about 100 m)and a RER line A (going directly to Disneyland) station (about 200 m). Walking distance to Place de la Concorde, the Opera and Louvre as well.Dont miss a very nice restaurant (Chez Clement) near by.
