The hotel was located very close to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro subway. The staff was more than willing to help accomodate my disabilities and helped with any special requests. The hotel is located within the Rue Cler district, which is a street market and cafes. This gives the perfect Parisian experience. While the hotel room is small, it was kept up very well and was clean. The staff did a wonderful job on giving directions and making reservations for cabs, dinner, and other visits.

Very central - you can walk to the Eiffel tower in a few minutes, has a daily market right in front of it with a very nice boulangerie, friendly English speaking staff - the only thing is that everything is quite small, especially the bathroom, the lift and the stairs: a typical old building. If you dont mind its perfect.

Amazing local market on the doorstep, try the crepes with melted nutella on them, a hit with both me and my boyfriend for breakfast or at any time of the day!

Rue Cler is a delightful street that will tantalise your taste buds. I would certainly stay at Hotel La Serre again.

hope you dont mind climbing stairs or lots of noise as this gotel has both in abundance . big pluses though are the location and i have to say one of the best restaurants (in my humble opinion) both for quality and service in paris right opposite called La Rouisillon seriously even if you stay elsrwhere i cant recomend the restaurant enough
