The hotel was clean, tidy and efficient representing a comfortable stay for the money. The main problem was noise: it is built around a courtyard so your window is always looking right into someone elses, and the courtyard itself is where bar patrons sit. The low prices meant the hotel was full of large bunches of young people who were up late partying and who made a great deal of noise when leaving for early flights. During cooler weather when it is possible to sleep with the windows closed this may have been less of a problem but in summer it is not possible to close your windows at night. The best way to remedy this would be to install air conditioning so windows can be shut all the time.
