The only thing great that came out of this hotel was the location. The hotel service was terrible. The man at the desk (wearing glasses) wasnt helpful at all when I was trying to get situated. I thought the lights werent working and he explained that I was supposed to use my room key then looked at me all funny. He is cut and dry when asking for any kind of help and it just made me furious! I wish he could read this so that he and the whole world could see how a horrible hotel service could affect the hotels reputation! The rooms arent well lit. My room had a lampshade with no shade. And two of them werent even working. Second, the shower drain was clogged up! I had to take a shower with water up to my ankles! Third, for a doublebed room, I was only given one huge towel and a small tower! I let my friend take the huge one and I got stuck with the small towel. Breakfast costs 10 euros. You might as well just go to McDonalds around the corner. Im not ever going back to this hotel again.

I found this place to be great for its location.only a few minutes walking distance from champs el., Arch de Tri.,metro etc. theres also a great little bakery two doors down from hotel which i ate breakfast in every morning. i didnt eat in the hotel,and ive no idea what was on the menu sorry. the room was fine,good cleaning service! there is a spiral staircase,but they have working lifts so there wasnt any problem with my bags like someone mentioned.only fault with my room was that there was a spring gone in the bed, so i just slept on the other side,and gave my partner that side! he he he :) no kettle,tea or coffee in the room either, but maybe thats just a french thing.it really didnt bother me too much though,the place were i had my breakfast also sold nice coffee so happy days! overall, i really enjoyed my stay in the hotel and paris.

The hotel was ok but for the price I paid I was expecting something better. It was spiral stairs all the way up and this made it difficult if one had a large suitcase to carry as the lift stops between each 2 floors and as you open the lift you walk into stairs! The good thing was that it was quit and you could get some nice rest.

The hotel was clean and the manager was very friendly, the only minor setback is that they don´t have a proper reservation/billing system so it takes a while for them to check-in you and out.
