We were happy with the hotel. Friendly service and convenient location. OK, hotel is a tiny bit frayed round the edges but we were all happy with it and would stay there again. ( We are a group of 5 friends aged 26 - 52 ) Rooms kept clean and fresh towels provided. Take your own hairdryer though. For inexpensive accommodation in a good location we all agree that this was good value.

Very noisy, terrible bed and horrible room but good location and clean. i cant believe its a 3stars hotel

Its commical that they pushed the two single beds together to pretend that its the double room that we booked for. The hotel staff really didnt know much about entertainment and transport information that would be required by a tourist. Overall it was not a bad value for how expensive Paris is.

The location of the hotel is very good. Quiet area (so called Red Light District near by - with famous Moulin Rouge, but it doesnt make the area any noisy or dangerous). Transport links are very convenient - 1 min walk from metro station and the bus stop (very convenient for Paris Gare Du Nord station, where Eurostar trains arrive - 10 min by bus or only few min by tube). Within very easy reach to main Paris attractions and sightseeing spots. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet. Towels are changed daily. Breakfast is served either in a breakfast cafe downstairs or in the room (at your choice). However, no buffet facilities. Room itself could be bigger, but still everything what you could need is there... In general, hotel is convinient for those, who dont want to spend too much money for the accomodation, because when you go to cities like Paris, you dont intend to spend much time in hotel anyway!!!

We had a great stay here, basic rooms, but clean, great location and very helpful staff. Superb value, and a 2 minute walk from the metro, good restaurants nearby also.
