If credit card information are uncomplete or not valid we can unvalidate the reservation or ask for pre-payment.
City tax not included, to be paid cash when check-in: 3 euro per night/person from September to July, 1,5 Euro per night/person in August only. Breakfast is complimentary. Internet access wi-fi is complimentary.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. The pre-authorization has a validity of at least 15 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
-for reservation from 1 to 4 nights: cancellation is due 48 hours before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no show we charge 1 night per room.
-FOR RESERVATION OF 5 NIGHTS OR MORE: 50% of the total stay will be immediately charged and can't be refunded. Cancellation is due 15 days prior the arrival date, in case of late cancellation or no show we charge the total stay. Balance at check-in. Please return your confirmation message BY FAX WITH THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER'S SIGNATURE (within a week from the confirmation). Otherwise, the booking can be unvalidated. In case of unvalidation the penalty is 1 night.
-FOR ARRIVAL FROM APRIL 8 TO 13 2013: full charging, non refundable, at the confirmation. Please return in max 3 days your confirmation messsage by fax with the credit card holder's signature.
Cancellation has to be made online on www.hotelfloridamilan.com. CANCELLATIONS BY EMAIL, FAX OR PHONE ARE NOT VALID. For any amend in existing reservations, please cancel the former reservation and make a new one. Check-in at 12.00 (midday) and check-out at 11,00am |
