Cancellation Policy: |
| Sofabed for one adult or 2 children is at extra charge GBP20 per night available in all apartments, but not in the studio. Sofabed charge is payable on arrival.
A credit card number is required to confirm the booking.
For bookings made less then 14 days prior to arrival full payment is required.
On booking, a deposit of ... (25 %) of the total accommodation cost will be charged to your credit card.
The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival, and will also be taken from your credit card.
You are entitled to a refund of all or part of your deposit if you cancel the booking, as long as you cancel within the terms of the cancellation policy.
In event of cancellation, a charge will be limited to an amount not exceeding 7 nights apartment charge:
28 days or more …………………….. No Charge
14-28 days prior to arrival …………………….. 25% Charge
7-13 days prior to arrival …………………….. 50% Charge
Less than 7 days …………………….. 100% Charge
Check-in time is from 2pm & check-out until 12 noon.
