Room rates include VAT, all local taxes and service charge.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation.
Incidental charges which you may incur during your stay (such as those in respect of your use of the hotel’s mini-bar facilities or external telephone calls from your room, etc.) will be payable on your departure. In the event that you fail to pay for such incidental charges, you irrevocably authorize us to debit your credit or debit card for the amount of any shortfall.
Guarantee/Payment policy:
A credit card number and its full details (expiration date and security code) are required to confirm the booking. We reserve the right to pre-authorise the credit card prior to arrival for the amount of the first night.
Payment is due upon departure.
Accepted payment methods: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, JCB, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club, Travellers Cheques, personal cheques (French residents only), Chèques Vacances.
Cancellation policy:
Reservations must be cancelled by 12h00 (Paris time) two (2) days prior to arrival to avoid a charge for the first (1st) night.
Early check-outs are subject to a charge of one (1) extra night.
Cancellations must be made either by accessing our homepage at http://www.hotelplatdetain.com and using the “Options” link on the booking engine and then the "Cancel reservation" link or by written notice (e-mail: reservation@hotelplatdetain.com or fax: 0033142745158).
Group policy:
Bookings of five (5) rooms and more are considered group bookings and fall under specific terms and conditions.
Failure to inform the hotel management of willingness to book a group according to the hotel specific group terms and conditions lead to cancellation without prior notice.
General policies:
In order to check-in, at least one customer per room must be of legal age (18 years in France). Check-in may be refused otherwise.
Check-in time: 2PM (14h00): rooms are available from 2PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out time: 12PM (12h00): rooms must be vacated by 12PM (noon) on the day of departure.
Children policy:
Children ten (10) years old and older are considered adults and must be included in the “Adults” field during the booking process.
Children nine (9) years old and younger may freely use existing bedding (shared with their parents) and must be included in the “Children” field during the booking process.
Children two (2) years old and younger freely use baby cots.
Pets policy:
Small pets under 20 pounds are accepted only on explicit request, at no charge. However, for any soiling and/or damage caused by a pet, the hotel will charge a fee equal to the consequent costs necessary for cleaning and/or repairing. |
